Out of Box Bachelorette Ideas

Limo rental service

One of the most fun parts about getting married for a girl has to be the bachelorette party. The poor bride gets so caught up in wedding dress fittings, schedule settings, flower pickings, guest list makings, invitation sending and more, it’s a great idea to let her get all dolled up and hit the town and just let loose after months and months of stressful wedding planning.

There are many different ways to throw a bachelorette party. Whenever we think of one, strippers and drinking and girly screaming come to mind but it does not have to be like that at all. A bachelorette party can be as calm or as crazy as you want it to be. Here are some out of the box ideas for a night to remember.

  1. Camping
If your bride is an outdoorsy kind of gal why not treat her to a mini getaway with the girls? Think of it, nature, trees, tents, stars, fire pits and s’mores; it could be fun. You could find a lake to go swimming or if it’s on the cooler side, sit around the fire and share memories about the bride. If the bridesmaids don’t know each other very well, this is a great way to bond.

  2. Paintball

This is not just any kind of paintball. This one involves hitting a thrift store together and buying lookalike bridesmaids dress or even a wedding dress and heels to go out paint balling. It’s fun, hilarious and lets the whole party get out all their wedding frustrations and stress.

  3. Scavenger Hunt

For the puzzle loving bride, setting up a scavenger hunt with riddles to solve and treasure to find can be great. It doesn’t have to be small either, expand the hunt to the whole city and let it last the entire day. You could include strangers that have to be talked to and even an obstacle course to be conquered.

  4. Bungee Jumping or Sky Diving

You will have to get a vote on this one; not the whole party is going to want in on this. However, it is a great metaphor for taking the leap into marriage and it will be a wonderful memory for everyone involved.

  5. Comedy Club

Comedy clubs are so much fun and it’s a great alternative for getting the bride a lot of attention directed at her but yet not be at a strip club. A night of laughing until your belly aches could be just what the doctor ordered.

  6. Yoga

There is nothing like the serenity and peacefulness of mediation and stretching in the midst of a crazy wedding planning experience. I’m sure all the girls would appreciate a ‘time out’ from the chaos. Yoga is a good bonding experience to even if there is not a lot of talking involved. Frozen yogurt after yoga for some girly chat is a good idea, also.

Whatever you decide to do, you will need a way to get there, whether you decide on shuttle service, limousine rental or driving yourselves, this is another element to look into. Here are some options for you to consider:

  1. Shuttle Service

This isn’t just from an airport to a hotel and back. It can actually be quite an convenient way to travel and if you opt for camping or something similar, using a shuttle service may be the perfect and most inexpensive way to go. Many camping sites will actually have their own shuttle service that will come and get you from a pick up site.

  2. Limo Rental Service

Limo service can be so much fun and just as much
part of the party as the rest of the night. Dressing up (or not) to make your way to a great time in a limo is just one of those things you have to do at least once in your life, preferably more.

  3. Party Bus

The awesome part about a party bus is that it can be the transportation as well as the destination. Keep the party going all night long!

Your choices are unlimited and the only requirement is to make sure the bride has one of the best times of her life in her last moments as one of the single ladies.
